The field of EMDR is rapidly changing. EMDR trained clinicians who have not been actively using EMDR in their practice, may feel unclear as to how to effectively apply the therapy in their practice. This program reviews the components of EMDR Basic Training, addressing the 8 phases and 3 prongs of the Standard EMDR protocol.  We will review some of the nuances of EMDR therapy including how to maintain effective processing, when and how to offer effective interweaves, and will address methods for effective case conceptualization, treatment planning and target sequencing.

Approvals:  7 hours of CE credit provided by EMDRIA.  7 hours of CE credit provided by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).  

Requirements to obtain CE:  Watch entire webinar recording; complete course evaluation & posttest. 

Posttest: Obtain an 80% minimum score. You can retake the test as needed to achieve a qualifying score.

Evaluation: At the completion of the webinar a course evaluation will be available for completion.

Certificate award process:  A certificate of completion will be provided by EMDR of the Rockies. The certificate will be available for immediate download.
