Accessing video programs
 If you purchased an On-Demand training and are having problems accessing it, please contact our Training Coordinator.

CE Program certificates:  CE certificates are issued automatically after completion of each program through our Thinkific platform.  We advise you to store these certificates carefully. If you do misplace the certificate, you may contact our Training coordinator a fee of $10 will be charged to reproduce the document.

EMDR Advanced Training Access Extension for On-Demand Programs

To extend access to any of the training programs, you must notify Training Coordinator and an extension of one month can be provided.

Refund Policy
 For live programs, refund policies are on the registration page. EMDR Center of the Rockies offers full refunds until 3 weeks prior to the program.  Following that, no refunds are offered with cancellation within one week of the program. 

 For virtual, on-demand courses, tuition will not be refunded once training is purchased.

Disability Accommodations
This workshop is held in in compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act. Please contact [email protected] if special accommodations are required. For virtual on-demand programs, please notify our Training Coordinator for any special requests.  

Complaint and Grievance Procedure
 All grievances must be in writing to [email protected], and will be replied to within 5 - 10 business days.
